Anthropic updates Claude voice mode with more capable models
Anthropic has introduced a new voice mode for its Claude AI model, offering three options—Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku—to enhance versatility for complex tasks. The mode allows users to switch between models based on conversation context and defaults to the fastest version for efficiency. It supports multilingual communication and enables interaction with multiple apps, unlike OpenAI's single-tool voice mode. The update is in beta, with free users limited to the Haiku model and one connected app.
