It extends the U.S. AI Jobs Transition Framework to the EU, using the ESCO taxonomy and Eurostat data to analyze occupational changes, identifying four transition archetypes and showing that the EU has a smaller share of jobs in occupations with high AI potential compared to the U.S. The framework aims to help policymakers and stakeholders prepare for labor-market shifts by connecting occupational, training, and statistical systems to AI capabilities.
