
Rippling introduced an AI Spend Console to monitor and control AI spending, identifying employees responsible for a large portion of costs and implementing a max spending cap to reduce expenses. The tool routes prompts to the most cost-effective models, decreasing token spend and improving productivity metrics. The product includes dashboards that assess productivity based on prompts, work output, and spending, and is available for Rippling’s HR subscribers.
