Say hello to Claude Wrapped
Anthropic's "reflect" feature allows users to analyze their Claude chatbot usage data over various timeframes, providing insights into topics, tasks, and patterns, along with options to set quiet hours and track total usage time. The dashboard aims to help users develop AI skills by examining their interactions with Claude and considering tasks they want to handle themselves. It is currently in beta for specific user groups and will soon be available on Claude Cowork, with data collected from users' chats but not from external tools or incognito mode.
