NVIDIA's Cosmos-H-Dreams is a real-time, action-conditioned generative simulator for surgical robotics, built on a causal student model that distills the capabilities of the Cosmos-H-Surgical-Simulator. It enables interactive control with low-latency streaming and supports closed-loop interactions, offering human-machine interfaces for real-time interaction. The model is designed to preserve surgical dynamics while reducing generation costs, and it is part of the Open-H-Embodiment dataset, integrating with the Versius surgeon controller for real-time operation.
