Waze is getting a bunch of new AI-powered features
Waze is integrating AI-powered features from Google, including the Gemini AI assistant, to enhance its functionality with new features like voice-activated traffic reporting, destination search, and a "less chatty" mode. The app also introduces motorcycle-specific modes and route suggestions based on historical data and local traffic patterns. While Google has postponed a full AI overhaul for Waze, Google Maps is receiving more advanced AI features.
